The standby service is subject to availability — please book early! After hoursWe may be able to perform urgent work between 17:00 and 9:00 local time (15:00–7:00 UTC; 14:00–6:00 UTC during DST), as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. A 100% surcharge applies to such work. ExpensesWhatever the pricing basis, we will charge you separately for any expenses (such as application fees) paid on your behalf. Value added taxWe are usually required to collect VAT, at 22%, if we deliver a service to a business's office in Finland or to a consumer client whose domicile is within the European Union. Authoring work may be exempt from VAT. If you are a business client based within the European Union but outside Finland, please be sure to provide us with your VAT number so that we will not need to collect tax on your behalf.
