This page discusses options for the delivery of documents from us to you. For information about our actual services, please browse to the main page of this site.
Our clients often request us to deliver written work by email. If you have a PGP key, please let us know, as that will allow us to encrypt the messages we send to you, protecting their confidentiality.
Postal or courier service
You may also require us to deliver our work in printed form, or to return your original printed documents, at your cost. We work with Itella Corporation, Finland's leading letter service provider. — A currency converter is available on our translation rates page.

The typical rates refer to items less than 500 grams in weight. The rates are non-binding and they do not include VAT.
Within Finland
- Both 1st Class and Express letters usually arrive the working day following posting.
- City Express Evening is only available for destinations within the Helsinki region. Letters arrive by 21:00 the same working day. Typical rate: EUR 12.
Restrictions and further information
