When you pay from an account held in an EU country, and the amount is payable in euros, you should be able to make a no-surcharge euro transfer.
If you pay from outside the EU, or the amount is in a currency other than the euro, please instruct your bank to pay any recipient charges.
Should I have to pay a fee for receiving your transfer, I will deduct it - usually 10–20 € - from the sum credited against your purchase or other debt.
In the Nordic banking system, cheques have been long displaced by wire transfers. Cheques are therefore usually non-negotiable, or prohibitively expensive; cashing even a banker's cheque might cost hundreds of euros.
